Well, to my credit, I have been pretty busy. Heh. Oh come on, no one cares whether I write or not anyway. XP

Well it’s been awhile since I’ve written, so let me ramble for a little bit, then I’ll get back to the uh, insanity and continue the last entry.

Hm, well as usual no one’s told me if the layout for my website looks okay. Or my journal for that matter. I mean it looks okay to me, but my monitor is on crack so... Aw, no one liked my special April Fools InuYasha fics either. T-T

Heheh. I don’t think anyone was even brave enough to read them besides Jiro and Mom. *laughs*

Mom surprisingly liked the Naraku/Onigumo one in a weird, demented way. She said it made a weird, fucked up kind of sense. And that she liked it. XD

Jiro said they were the scary, fucked up fics of doom and laughed his ass off while reading them both. ^^

So, eh, if no one else even read them, all well. *shrug* I had fun writing them anyway. ^_^;; Besides like I said, I’ve stopped caring. I don’t give a damn if anyone comes to my website or reads any of my stuff. Whatever. *shrug*

Well, let’s see here. I suppose anime/manga related ramblings are a staple topic, and I shall now commence to babble pointlessly for a few minutes.

GetBackers ruuuuules.... Got volume five of the anime. XD
Dr. Jackal <333 is soooo cool. I love Jackal. XD And Ginji-chan, and Ban, and and Kazuki....
Oh man and poor Makubex and Ren. T-T So sad. God I love this anime. If you haven’t seen it, you should. Really. ^_^

Heh. D.N.Angel’s anime is a lot different than the manga. Well so far anyway. I have both volume one of the anime and manga, and whoa. Lots different. Hah. Dark’s Japanese voice is K from Gravitation. XD
Which...is it just me, or is K’s voice a little too deep for Dark? I mean I love K’s voice (K is my favorite character from Gravitation ^^) but...isn’t it a little deep? Hm...

Heh dub Dark is Edward from Full Metal Alchemist. ^^ I actually like that guy’s voice pretty well...

Er...anyway. I like D.N.Angel fairly well, but... Eh. Risa. >_< Shallow much? I like her sister okay though. Riku.... Heh, I like glasses boy. What’s his name again? *brain not working*

Hm. Oh, Saiyuki is pretty cool. I just recently bought the first three volumes of the manga. Pretty neat so far. *nod* I like Hakkai. And Gojyo. XD

Hm. Let’s see... Gamerz Heaven is pretty cool too. I just got the first volume of the manga. It’s by Maki-san, you know, the same chick who did Gravitation. It’s funny, and really cute. And hey video-games are always a plus. XD

Also got the first two InuYasha movies. Heheh. Menoumaru is Shuichi....Shuichi VS Ryuichi!! XD

Seriously though, I was pretty happy with the movies. They had plot and everything. *laughs* InuYasha sadly lacks your basic plot most of the time, so actually having a vague semblance of a plot is always refreshing. ^^;

Naraku so kicked ass in the second movie. XD Oh dear, there I go again, liking bad guys...*sweatdrop* All well. ^_^

And Sesshoumaru. ^_^ He rocks.

And, you know, I’m not so thrilled with the way Richard Cox does InuYasha’s voice sometimes. I mean it’s cute and I do like it but...

Sometimes I think he makes it too gruff and brushes off InuYasha’s emotions when he shouldn’t. For example:

The scene in the anime where Kagome starts sneezing by the fire, late at night. (I can’t remember which ep this is. T-T Gomen.) InuYasha sits beside her and worries over her, etc. Well that scene is so much sweeter in Japanese. In the English version, I dunno it’s like the cuteness got brushed off and...eh I’m not making sense. It’s just better in the Japanese. All well. The dub still isn’t that bad. It’s definitely not the best, but it’s okay. *nod*

After watching the movies (and a ep or two online) in Japanese, I’ve started to like the Japanese voices a lot better than I used to. Yamaguchi Kappei has the cutest voice. XD

I will say this though. I like Paul Dobson’s voice for Naraku. ^^ (Even if he is also Myouga and every other random dude on that show. XD)

And David Kaye’s Sesshoumaru. <3 Very nice. ^^

You know what? Yuu Yuu Hakusho is seriously going downhill. X_X;;;

This whole demon tournament thing in Demon World or the Makkai or whatever the hell you want to call it. It’s kind of...um...How should I put this? Lame? T-T

I just got volume 28 of the anime and sadly I’m a little disappointed...

Baby Hiei....was the stupidest thing I’ve ever seen. It looked like they took adult Hiei’s face and crammed it onto a baby’s head. And it still didn’t fit right... And, um it was just, yeah... You know, I wish they had ended it after the Sensui arc. Because now it’s getting kind of weird and stupid. Hopefully it gets better again...?

*sigh*

And Mukuro scares the hell out of me, man. O_O;;;;;;;;;

I am kind of interested in learning more of Kurama’s story though. I’m pretty sure dvd 29 is already out, I just haven’t gotten around to getting it yet...

You know what I did find? The first YYH movie. The ancient thirty minute one. I’m assuming it was an OVA, right? Anyway. It was cute. Dear God do NOT watch it in English though. XD Unless you want to be scared. Well, and amused. Kuwabara? Lex Lang did his voice. You know Dub-Sanosuke.(RK) Sano as Kuwabara. XD

And I’m not sure who did Yusuke’s voice, but like, he should be shot. It was downright scary. ^_~

Anyway, heh. Let’s just say it’s not the best dub out there.... Lex Lang did a pretty lousy job I’ll have to say. I like him as Sano just fine, but not as Kuwabara. O.o

Oh, even scarier. The other movie that came with it. (It was a two for one deal.) Ninku the movie? I’ve never heard of Ninku, but I watched it anyway. Ack, THE DUB. O_O

Ahem. The three bad guys in it.

Bad guy number one = Lios from .hack O.o

Bad guy number two who looked EXACTLY like Saitou from RK = Sparky Thornton who happens to BE Saitou’s VOICE. It really was Saitou, man. XD

Bad guy number three (the one in makeup and in drag with the long, pretty fingernails. XD) = ...Richard Hayworth. KENSHIN. *falls over laughing* Kenshin as a scary, weird transvestite screaming like a total maniac. XD

It was so funny. Kenshin, Saitou and Lios. XD

Shishio was in it too. XD

Ahem.

Back to the YYH movie/OVA thing. The best part of it was Kurama and Hiei’s little fight. Heh. It was so cute. Fighting back to back and all close and...uh...yeah. ^^ It was a very slashy moment. At least I thought so...
It was just cute. That’s all I have to say. XD

Hm... What else?

Full Metal Alchemist on Adult Swim is getting very interesting. I like it. And whoa. Hiei is the scary freaky dude. O_O (You know the alchemist dude who turned his own daughter into a chimera thing or whatever.)
Hah and Scar is Toguro. XD You know, Scar actually looks like a cross between Toguro and Tsume. XD

Now, what’s going on? Hm...

Druu, has led me, Sano and Yuki off on a little adventure in search of this missing, mysterious Ryuuji person. (As Kopaka crashes in my room, worn out from his own search...) We went to see Hanneke, who was basically useless and now Sano has disappeared into the Kainitif forest (wherever this mysterious forest is...) surrounding Hanneke’s pad. The same forest that Druu claims to be dangerous. Not to mention Druu is acting a little odd. Okay is that a good enough recap? I’m not very good at the recaps, man...

Moving on...

Uh, insanity ensues now?

~*~*~*~*~

~*Druu, Rae and Yuki are back in the Kainitif forest, walking down a dark, narrow path, with Druu leading*~

Rae: *trying to keep up with Druu* Uh, so where are we going? Is this the way to Sano?

Druu: Just follow me.

Yuki: Um, is Sano dead? T-T

Druu: *mutters* I knew I should have killed her when I had the chance.

Rae: Nani? Kill who? What the hell are you talking about?

Yuki: Um, Druu-chan, you’re acting kind of strange...O.o

Druu: I’m sorry. It’s nothing. ^_^ Sano will be fine. I can handle it.

Rae: Handle what exactly?

Druu: It’s nothing to worry about, Rae. ^^

Rae: Yeah, you keep saying that....

Yuki:...Are you sure Sanosuke isn’t dead? T_T

Druu: ^_^ He’s fine, Yuki. For now. ^^;;

Rae: For now? O.o

Yuki: He’s deaaaad. T-T;;;

Druu: ^^;; Calm down Yuki.

Rae: So you know where he is?

Druu: Mostly.

Rae: *raises eyebrow* Mostly?

Druu: ^^ Kind of.

Rae: *sweatdrop* Um...okay. Well. Let’s go save our loveable idiot Sanosuke then.

Yuki: T-T *sniff* If he isn’t dead.

Rae: ...So, is Hanneke gonna kill us for running out without “paying” her?

Druu: ^^; Possibly.

Rae: ^^; All well...

Yuki: Hanneke-san is weird...

Druu and Rae: Yep. ^^;

~*~A few minutes later~*~

~*the gang is still following Druu through a winding, dark forest path*~

Rae:...Uh, are you sure this is the way to Sano?

Druu: We should almost be there.

Rae: Almost be where?

Yuki:...Druu-chan? Where exactly are we anyway?

Druu: *stops* Here. *closes eyes*

Rae: Huh?

Yuki: *looks around nervously* I don’t see anything...

Druu: *seems to be concentrating on something*...I’m trying to locate her energy...

Rae: Her?

Druu: Found it. *opens eyes* Now if I can just pinpoint it... *looks around*

Rae: *closes eyes*...Hey...I think I feel something...*opens eyes* Feels fairly strong. What is it?

Druu: More accurately, who.

Yuki: Who? Is it a big monster? Because you know, Sano has really bad luck with big monsters. They tend to want to eat him. O.o

Rae: Yeah, that is true. ^^;;

Druu: Her name is Veenom. Stay close to me, I believe she’s quite near. She may even be listening. Her energy pattern is a bit hard to pinpoint, but she’s definitely here.

Yuki: Veenom? That doesn’t sound good...

Rae: What is she, a giant snake or something?

Druu: Snake? Hm, yes, I think that’s accurate. ^^

Rae: I hate snakes. -_-

Yuki: ^^; Okay Indy.

Rae: *sweatdrop* You watch too many movies.

Yuki:...and you don’t? ^^;

Rae: ...^^; Heh...So, big deal. We fight the giant snake that stole Sano, uh find this Ryuuji dude, and call it a day, right? Sounds easy. How hard could it be?

Yuki: Rae-chan!!! O_O Never say that! You never say “How hard could it be?” Now we’re all going to die. T_T

Rae: Umm...oops? Heh. *sweatdrop* Hey wait, you’re already dead.

Yuki: Um, well yeah but that’s not the point.

Druu: No one’s going to die. ^^

Mysterious Voice: ...Are you so sure of that?

Yuki: T_T

Rae: *looks around* Who’s there? If you’re the giant snake person could you come on out? Mysterious voices and all get boring. Let’s just get this over with, kay?

Mysterious Voice: How dare you, mere mortal?!

Rae: Oh goodie. -_- Yes I am a mere mortal. Fuck you.

Yuki: O_o

Druu: Veenom. -_-

~*Suddenly a woman appears before the gang, leaning against a tree. The woman is young in appearance, pretty, lavender hair with green bangs, bright green eyes, and pale skin. The woman is wearing a tight, green shirt and blue jeans of some sort?*~

Veenom: Hm. *crosses arms* Well look who it is. The great Druuvbin. Associating with humans, as usual.

Rae: Uh, funny. She doesn’t look like a giant snake to me Druu...

Druu: ^^; Well, I never said she was giant...

Veenom: Ack. Like you have any room to talk about anything, Druuvbin! You’re nothing but a traitor! You have your little minions fooled maybe, but not me, you disgusting monster. And I am totally not a snake. Loser. Hmh. *uncrosses arms, starts examining her nails with a look of boredom on her face*

Druu: *twitch* Minions? Speak of my friends in such a manner again, and you will not live to regret it. Now, I’m not here to fight with you today. Tell me what I need to know, and leave. Understood?

Rae: Traitor? What the hell are you talking about anyway, snake woman? Druu wouldn’t betray anyone!

Yuki: Yeah. Druu-chan isn’t a monster at all. Right Druu?

Druu: ... Hm. I don’t suppose I am. ^^

Veenom: Heh. Right.... And. Hey! I AM NOT a snake! Weird human girl. I am a demon of the poisons. Big difference. Snakes are lowly creatures.

Rae: Feh. Yeah well whatever. All I know is Druu here is going to kick your lowly ass. Which will be amusing because I don’t like you. And I’ve just met you, so you must be pretty bad, neh? -_-;

Veenom: Like I would care what you think. Okay, bored now. What exactly is it you want from me, traitor? *looks bored*

Druu: A human. I believe you took him.

Veenom: What that rooster haired one I picked up near Hanneke’s?

Rae: You took Sano? Why?

Yuki: You didn’t eat him, right? O.o

Veenom: Oh yeah, like I’d eat a human. *rolls eyes*

Druu: Where is he now?

Veenom: Uh..well...

Rae: You better not have hurt him!

Druu: Where is he?

Yuki: T-T He’s dead...

Veenom: I kind of already...

Druu: You sold him. -_-;

Veenom: Heh. Sorry. Well okay, so actually I’m not sorry. Whatever. I need the money. Besides it’s just a human. Why do you care? What, he your new toy?

Druu: *twitch* Veenom...

Rae: You sold him? What? To who?! Where the fuck are we, Druu? Last time I checked slavery is you know, ILLEGAL as HELL. >_<

Veenom: *raises eyebrow* Huh? Illegal? What the heck is this human talking about, Druuvbin?

Yuki: Huh? O.o

Druu: Not the point right now, Veenom. Who did you sell him to? *sigh*

Veenom: Those trader merchant people. Uh, you know the ones that hang out near Laineka? They’ve got a name. I’m pulling a blank. Ah, whatever. *rolls eyes*

Druu: I see.

Rae: Man, would someone tell me what’s going on? O.o

Yuki: Um, I’m confused...

Veenom: What are they talking about? What, your humans here have brain damage?

Druu: it’s nothing. Leave, Veenom. Now.

Veenom: Oh superior, mighty Druuvbin. Don’t look at me like that. I do what I have to do. If selling a human or two makes me enough money to survive, I’ll do it. Besides after what those humans have done to us...

Druu: ENOUGH. Don’t try to justify your actions. They aren’t justified, regardless. Don’t pretend they are. Now leave.

Veenom: Fine. But you know, I’d watch my back if I were you, Druu. This area isn’t exactly the safest place for you to be, if you know what I mean. If a certain person were to learn of your whereabouts...Heh.

Druu: I’m sure. -_- Now, leave.

Veenom: Oh yes, and how’s the head, Druu-chan? *smirk* Worthless.

Druu: Veenom--

Veenom: “Superior” Druuvbin. *laughs bitterly* You’re nothing. You--

Rae: *steps in front of Druu* Get out bitch. Or I’ll kick your ass myself. Go away. You’re annoying me.

Yuki: Um...uh...Yeah. Um...Uh. O_O *steps beside Rae* We’ll uh...kick...your ass. *shaking*

Veenom: Hmph. Right. Whatever. Like I want to hang around with that monster and his pet human and ghost or whatever. Later, Druu-chan. *smirks* Next time we meet, maybe I’ll finally be allowed to kill you. Wouldn’t that be nice? *disappears*

Yuki: ...I can’t believe I did that. *looks faint*

Rae: That was brave Yuki. ^_^ Good work.

Yuki: Really? ^^

Druu: .... *rubs eyes wearily* I’m sorry you had to witness all of this. I should have never brought you here.

Rae: It’s okay Druu-chan. We can handle a nasty demon or two. Don’t worry about it. ^^

Yuki: Umm...Yeah. See, I didn’t even faint. ^^;;

Rae: See Druu? It’s fine.

Druu: *smiles* I see...

Rae: So, uh, Sano’s a slave? There’s no way that’ll work. He’s too lazy. I guess we better go save him now.

Yuki: Um, Druu-chan... Is this your world? Is that where we are?

Druu: *nod* Yes. It is. Just don’t tell Kitsune I brought you here, please? She wouldn’t be very happy...^^;;

Rae: Nah, don’t worry, we won’t tell her. ^_^

Yuki: So...um...about what that demon said...

Druu: Don’t worry about it. ^^

Rae: Hell, you should have just killed her. ^^; Bitchy woman.

Druu: *sad look flashes momentarily through his eyes*...I know. *turns and walks away, further into the forest*

Rae: *looks at Yuki* Whoa. What was all that about I wonder?

Yuki: I dunno. But Druu-chan’s acting strange. Is he okay? And what did that Veenom mean by calling him a traitor? And a monster! Druu’s not a monster!

Rae: I don’t know what’s going on. He never tells me anything...allowed to kill him? What was that supposed to mean? Mou, sessha confused. @_@

Druu: *turns to look back at the two* Come on. You don’t want to fall behind. ^_^

Rae: Um, right.

~*~a few minutes later~*~

~*still in the forest*~

Rae: So where is Laineka? Is that where we’re going?

Yuki: Is it a town? Or a city?

Druu: There aren’t many cities left in this area...

Rae: Left?

Druu: Yes. Laineka is one of the few small towns around the edge of Kainitif forest.

Yuki: So, um your world. Is there technology, or um—

Druu: It depends on where you are. In this area, not a lot of technology remains. Why?

Yuki: Just curious. So, humans aren’t very well liked either, huh?

Rae: I kind of got that impression...Heh. *sweatdrop*

Druu: Once again, it depends on where you are. ^^ This world is a bit...Hm. Complicated.

Rae: Druu...

Druu: Hm?

Rae: We know you’re not a monster. I don’t know the situation, but I still know you. Whatever that bitch said, it doesn’t matter. Because we know you.

Yuki: *nods* That’s right, Druu-chan.

Druu: ...I... Thank you... *small, sad smile*

Rae: So yeah you keep a lot of secrets, but I know you’ve got your reasons. Hell I’m happy that you trusted us enough to bring us here to your world. So now, let’s go to Laineka and save Sano. And then we’re going to find this Ryuuji guy, okay?

Yuki: *nods*

Druu: Right. Let’s go. ^^ But let’s be discreet. Laineka isn’t exactly a place I would be, hm, exactly welcomed with open arms.

Rae: Oh?

Yuki: Is it dangerous? O.o

Druu: Eh..well. Possibly. ^^;

Yuki: O.O

Rae: How bad could it be? ^^

Yuki: Don’t SAY that!! O_O;;

Druu: ^^;;
