Before we get on to continuing last entry, I have one thing to say real quick.

HOLY SHIT. Didn't expect this. Sega is releasing a new game. Shadow the Hedgehog to be precise. XD To be released this "holiday season". (This winter, yo.)

Shadow rocks.^_^;;

Hm, so it's a whole game devoted to Shadow and unlocking the secrets of his past, etc. Hopefully this will redeem Sega in my eyes. Sonic Heroes so sucked. And it screwed up the plotline, or so I thought. Hm...

Shadow the Hedgehog. Wow, you know it sounds like it's going to be a darker game. Bet it gets a T rating. I mean hell, Shadow is now armed and dangerous, man. He's got guns now. XD

I'm finding this all incredibly amusing.

And interesting. I thought the Sonic Adventure games were cool. Especially the second one. Because well, Shadow intrigues me...

Shadow The Hedgehog allows players to collect an arsenal of weapons, vehicles, and objects to rocket through more than 50 unique missions. In his feature debut, Shadow is tormented by a dark past, struggling to discover his true identity. He is caught in a complex battle between aliens, the G.U.N. army, and Dr. Eggman, and discovers that he may be the very element that will tip the scales between good and evil forever.

"Since we first introduced him in Sonic Adventure 2, we have wanted to feature Shadow in his own game," said Takashi Iizuka, Game Director, SEGA Studio USA. "We maintained Shadow as a mysterious character and now fans can control his destiny by engaging in a unique gameplay experience that offers a multitude of possibilities!"

Is he an android created by Dr. Eggman? Is he the original Shadow simply suffering from amnesia? Or is there an even more sinister explanation? Now, gamers will decide in a race against time by choosing between any number of routes by which to unveil the secrets of his past. Multiple endings will reflect critical decisions at every stage of the game. Gamers have ultimate control over Shadow's past, with the potential to rewrite his history time and time again.

Yuki: A disguise? Yeah! That could work Druu-chan.

Druu: Disguise? Eh, well actually I suppose that isn't such a bad idea, really...

Rae: Big bad Druu is that afraid of being seen? Is whoever's in this place really that dangerous?

Druu: I owed you that much at least, after dragging you all over the place, making you deal with first Hanneke and then Veenom...

Rae: Now. For my handy, dandy makeup kit. ^_^ *pulls out small case*

Druu: Yuki. Make sure to keep yourself solid while we’re here. Okay?

Druu: *walks up to gate, moves over to the side, knocks on a small panel*

*panel opens (like a small window), a man is on the other side*

Man: Yeah, what?

Druu: Ahem. I would like to be permitted entrance. *is using a soft, girlier voice*

Man: *fairly old, ugly, fat and bald* Yeah lady, well what's yer business here?

Druu: ...Shopping. ^^;

Man: *glances at Rae and Yuki* What of those with ya?

Druu: Servants.

Man: How long will ya be staying?

Druu: Only today.

Man: Hm. *looks at Druu suspiciously* Do you have an ID issued by Gahrey? Laineka and the surrounding villages are governed by Gahrey. Without a licensed Gahreyian ID, I can't let you in. We've been keeping tighter security lately, after all.

Druu: I'm afraid I've misplaced it. *bats eyelashes* But I had so hoped to see the wonderful Laineka. What ever shall I do now?

Yuki: O_O;;;

Rae: *bites lip to keep from laughing at Druu*

Man: AH...well. I uh...*blushing* Look lady, I uh...

Druu: Couldn't you make an exception? Just this once? *bats eyelashes*

Man: I...uh...I....what are you intending to shop for, woman?

Druu: A human, I believe. I just love them so. If I'm not mistaken, you are a human, aren’t you good sir?

Man: I..uh...I...yes, I am.

Rae: *biting lip harder*...

Druu: So what do you say, will you let us in? I promise I won't tell. How about it? *winks at the man*

Man: I...oh....um. *clears throat* All right. Um, just. Uh, don’t cause any trouble, ya hear? *shuts panel*

*gate swings open*

Druu: ^^ Come servants.

Rae: Yes Ma'am ^_^; *drags half comatose Yuki along with her, follows Druu through gate*

*after they enter the gate, it shuts behind them*

Man: *sitting on stool in front of the panel/window thingie* Hey. *turns to look at Druu* So lady, what's yer name? *winks at Druu*

Druu: Ah...eh...

Rae: Her name is Faye.

Yuki: O.o;; *whispers to Rae* Isn't that your cat's name?!

Druu: Meow? ^^;

Man: Er...did you just meow?

Druu: Hm? Of course not. ^^;

Man: Ah. *looks confused* Oh...uh anyway, enjoy your stay in Laineka, Faye. You know if you're still around after my shift, maybe—

Druu: Oh I'm sure I'll be long gone by then. ^^

Rae: *Looks around the town* Wow.

~*~The town is mostly made of stone. A White main stone pathway surrounded by large stone structures, merchants peddling from carts, and lots of people bustling about. There appears to be both humans and demons, etc, walking freely about~*~

Rae: Pretty neat. I feel kind of like I've stepped back into the past or something. Well. Except for the demons and stuff. ^^

Yuki: That guy was scary. O_o

Rae: *giggles* Druu was so flirting with a scary old guy. I'm never letting you live this down, man.

Druu: Well what else was I supposed to do? I had to get us in somehow. ^^;

Rae: Heh. That was funny...

Yuki: So, um... Where do we find Sano?

Rae: Good question. Snake woman said she sold him to merchant, trader people? Have any idea what she's talking about?

Druu: I'm assuming she means the Gahreyian Imperial Market, actually.

Rae: Eh? What's that?

Druu: This area is governed by the Gahreyians. And a great way to make money for them is buying supposed lower class humans, demons, etc and selling them for a profit.

Yuki: Lower class?

Druu: In other words, anyone who doesn't support the Gahreyians, foreigners, homeless, etc. This isn't a kind place. At all.

Rae: Obviously. It's disgusting. Can't we blow the Gahreyians up while we're at it? >_<

Yuki: Blow them up? O.o

Druu: I'm afraid it's a bit more complicated. *sigh* I can't get into specifics of course, but... Right now isn't the time to wage war against them, if you know what I mean. Blowing them up wouldn't be a good idea, trust me.

Rae: Geh. *sigh*

Druu: I envy your world. ^^ You have your own problems of course, but... Well, anyway. Let's head to the Gahreyian Imperial Market.

Yuki: It's all so sad...

Rae: Yeah...

Random Peddler: Oi! Ladies! Would ya like to buy a rare genuine jyal stone? Look at its sparkle! I 'ave all kinds of pretty jewels. You interested girls? Eh?

Druu: *looks at the blue-green jyal stone the random peddler is holding out* That's a fake. ^^;

Rae: It's pretty though. ^^;

Yuki: Wait...Did he call me a girl? O.o

Rae: *smirk* Come on, let's go. Druu, lead the way. *pulls Yuki along*

~*The gang have now entered a square, market place, where a large stage is set up in the middle*~

Rae: So let me guess, they parade the people around up there, and the crowd bids. Highest bidder gets a new pet. Right? -_-

Rae: So what are we going to do, buy Sano? What kind of money do they use here anyway?
